About me

I am a Consultant Solicitor and Mediator at SpainWilliams Limited​.

​I qualified in 2009 and have extensive experience in the areas of Divorce, Financial settlement, Children matters, Separation (unmarried / married couples), Injunctions, Pre-nuptial and Post-nuptial agreements, as well as internal relocation, abduction and jurisdictional matters.

I deal with cases from the initial stage through to conclusion and I undertake my own advocacy to ensure consistency throughout the cases from the beginning to the end, providing clear advice and assistance throughout the case.   

As a member of Resolution, I follow their Code of Practice and am committed to resolving disputes in a non-confrontational way to my client’s expectation.
I am also an accredited member of Resolution in Private Children Law and Domestic Abuse. This means I have thorough knowledge and a high level of expertise in dealing with these matters.

​I will promote a collaborative approach when working between parents following separation in order to reduce conflict.
