Advocacy

I feel it is important to represent a client from the initial stage through to a Final Hearing. I prepare Court applications, statements and represent clients at Court on all matters. This enables consistency and continuity throughout the case. In certain cases, a Barrister can be instructed upon and the right advocate is chosen depending on the complexity of the matter and type of case.  ​
