The Family Justice Council publishes a guide for Litigants in Person entitled 'Sorting out Finances on Divorce'.

According to the ONS, there has been an increase in Divorces by 9.6% between 2020 - 2021. Also, Divorce applications are at its highest for a decade as no-fault law change brought in.

There are proposed reforms to the existing guidance for McKenzie Friends.
